God Loves You

January 24, 2025
Love

Have you ever questioned God’s love for you? It’s easy to let the hardships of life, and the regret of our mistakes cloud this truth.  Especially in times of pain or struggle, doubt can creep in, leading us to question: “Does God really love me?” But Scripture declares that God’s love is constant and unchanging. It’s unconditional.

We see the love of the Father through the Son. It was the Father who so loved the world that He sent His Son (John 3:16) and it was the Son who came willingly to demonstrate the greatest love by laying down His life (John 15:13). The cross shows the extent of God’s sacrifice to prove His love for you!

This love of God is unlike any love you’ve known. It’s unshakable, everlasting, and perfect. Whether you feel close to God or distant, the fact is His love remains. God’s love isn’t based on what you do or don’t do. It’s rooted in who He is. When life feels overwhelming, or your emotions lead you to doubt, remember this: the ultimate proof of His love is not in the circumstances but in Christ. Through His sacrifice, we see the depth of God’s commitment to us. You are fully known, fully forgiven, and fully loved. Rest in the assurance that His love never fails.

Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ.
