We often hear that we need to make God a priority—as if He were one more item on an already overcrowded to-do list. But the gospel offers something far deeper and more beautiful: Christ isn’t just a part of your life. He is your life.

You don’t have to invite Him in like He’s a guest. In Him we live and move and exist (Acts 17:28). He is the source of your being, the One who holds every moment together, even the mundane ones. This changes how we see everything.

Your spiritual life isn’t limited to quiet times, church services, or worship playlists. You don’t turn your connection with God “on” during church and “off” in the carpool line. Because Christ lives in you, there is never a moment when you are alone. In every moment—whether you’re folding laundry, replying to emails, or stuck in traffic, you carry His presence into it all.

You don’t have to chase after mountaintop experiences to find Him. He’s already found you—and He’s made His home in you. You are never far from Him, because you are His dwelling place. And He is your constant, not your weekend visitor.

So today, let this truth settle deep in your soul: You don’t have to strive for closeness. You’re in an inseparable union by His grace, and you are never alone. You can replace chasing sacred moments, which can feel few and far between, with a sacred mindset on the truth that Jesus is in you and you are in Him, fully and forever! And that’s not just a distant hope. It’s your daily, grace-filled reality.
