Meet Our Counselor

Kyndal Jacoby, MSW, LCSW, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, received her Master's degree in Social Work from LSU in May 2009. Kyndal is a passionate counselor committed to helping you navigate through the challenges of life. Kyndal has a God-given desire to walk with you in life's most difficult times in order for you to receive healing, clarity, and peace. She aims to foster a caring, safe, and trusting environment to support positive growth during life's most difficult seasons. She has training and over a decade of experience in working with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, families, and adults dealing with emotional, spiritual, behavioral, and relationship concerns. She utilizes a variety of approaches and methods in order to meet your unique needs and receive optimal benefit from your time in counseling. 


Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, relationship challenges, self-esteem, or any struggle life has thrown at you, taking the step to attend counseling is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.


We can work together in a supportive environment to find a solution that meets your individual needs. 


Kyndal and her husband have been active members at Grace Life Fellowship for many years and they enjoy a life full of adventures of raising three young boys.

Payment Policy Information

The GCC policy stipulates payment is due prior to the start of your session. Session fees may be paid in cash, credit card, or check made payable to Kyndal Jacoby, LCSW, LLC. 


Kyndal is an approved provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield (HMO and PPO). Depending on your BCBS plan, your insurance may cover your counseling sessions through in network benefits (filed by your counselor). If you have insurance outside of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Network, your insurance may reimburse you through out of network benefits (filed by you individually). We do not contact your insurance company to find out if they will cover your session with your counselor. You are responsible to contact your insurance company to verify your coverage and payment responsibility BEFORE your session.
